I worked with Ness on my dog’s Separation Anxiety. I had already been doing desensitisation training with him, but working with Ness really kicked things into gear! I learnt so much about reading his body language, when to train, when to come back and when to leave him when he was unsettled. Definitely a solid foundation that I’m able to work with now to continue to build his confidence in being home alone. I definitely recommend working with an SA specialist like Ness if your dog struggles with being home alone. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and was also a great support for me as SA can be a tough for our pups AND their owners!

This was the best thing I ever did, I had a dog with Separation Anxiety and I was literally stuck at home not being able to go out without him (it was a drama to even put the bins out!). I started working with Vanessa and she set up a plan for Teddy which we worked on for 4 weeks. Vanessa was awesome, she was really genuine and actually cared and understood (because everyone tells you the dog will just 'get over it' which isnt the case), she took the time every day to review videos & the spreadsheet and asked lots of questions before tailoring it for the next day. It was worth the money spent, I can now leave the house knowing I have a dog who is happy sleeping and not freaking out crying!
I would recommend Ness for anyone needing help with their dogs. Thank you heaps!!

Ness helped me with my puppy who struggled being home on his own. In the beginning I couldn’t even open the door without him barking frantically and rushing out the door. Now he no longer tries to get out and will quietly settle on his bed or on the couch (when he’s not getting into mischief - he’s still a cheeky pup). Working with Ness helped to set the foundations of getting my dog used to being on his own and it was so helpful having professional feedback on each training session. We are continuing to build up time and I am much more confident moving forward compared to when I was trying different training methods on my own. I went to the zoo for 5 hours the other day and Sonny did amazingly. I'm so happy. Thank you for everything Ness!

Ness is very helpful, understanding and encouraging, which is what most pet owner need especially when it's already stressful dealing with our dog with separation anxiety. The training she set up really works for my Leo, where I've seen improvement even after 1st week of training. Ness also provides lots of tips and reassurance throughout the training. Highly recommended!

This was our families first experience with a dog with Separation Anxiety and Vanessa has been an amazing support through the 8 week program. Vanessa is very responsive and takes the time to educate us with the tools to continue on the right path training our staffy. As dealing with a dog with Separation anxiety is very stressful working with Vanessa allowed us to see light at the end of the tunnel. We are now comfortable leaving him alone for over 4 hours.

Vanessa truly is a separation anxiety expert. She worked with me to identify what I was doing wrong with my training, how to best move forward, and offered many recommendations specific for my dog and our situation. I now feel confident as I move forward with training my dog to be happy alone at home but if I ever need any additional help I will not hesitate to go back to Vanessa. I feel much less stressed and much more hopeful about my situation with my dog after having worked with her. I highly recommend her as a separation anxiety trainer for your dog - she will help you and your dog live a happier life!

Vanessa provided expert advice, tools and support to help me manage a dog with separation anxiety. The afore mentioned enabled us to achieve remarkable results in a relatively short space of time. We went from a nervous little dog displaying an adverse reaction to being left alone for ninety seconds to a much calmer dog who could be confidently left to his own devices for five hours.
